Doing my first BES Express install and ran into a common snag I haven't found a working answer to yet.
I got BES Express 4.1.4 installed on a separate box from our Exchange 2007 server. I have one user that I added. He's stuck at initializing. Event logs show: [EMAIL PROTECTED] MAPIMailbox::CreateSearchFolder - Open folder failed (0x80070005) failed So I researched and found KB 12483 on the Blackberry site. Followed that. However, when I get to the 2nd part - step 3 - I get a blank list. So I redo step 2 (the send as/receive as/admin info store). I get: Appropriate ACE is already present on object "CN=EPS-EXCHANGE,CN=Servers,CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT),CN=Administrative Groups,CN=epstei natlanta,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=epsteinatlanta,DC=org" for account "EPSTEINATLANTA\BESAdmin".
