Here is an interesting problem.

Outlook 2002/2003 clients. Five of them.
Exchange 2003
POP3 with ISP

The affected clients point to the same mailbox on the Exchange server, which
is used for mail storage only. E-mail is POP3 with their ISP. One client
will pull available mail from server, and all will have access to it until
it is removed from the server.

This arrangement has worked fine for three or so years. Now they are having
problems with replies sent based on an e-mail they have sent.

I can send a message to them, even using an address from one of their
e-mails.

They can reply.

I reply to an original message or their reply and the message does not
arrive at their mailbox. The mail leaves the building on my end, but never
arrives and is lost in the ether.

If they use the ISP's webmail, there is no problem. The problem is
definitely from within their organization, but I am at a loss to determine
exactly what is causing the problem. This problem appeared on Friday last
week. I checked one workstation remotely, and everything seems in order. It
affects only those clients tied to that one mailbox on the server. There are
no errors showing in Outlook or in the server. I would normally suspect the
client profile, but would think it would only affect that one client, not
all of them.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?
