I've run ISA in front of my for a few years. Our setup may be simpler
than yours, I didn't even bother with a secondary MX since it's just a
spam magnet anyway. Our Primary and Webmail are on the same IP so it
was simplest for me to set webmail to be the same as our MX. From my
understanding it's always best practice to set something up in front of
your OWA. I would prefer to eventually get web based SSL VPN put up but
don't have the resources for it now.

Subject: OWA best practice questions

OK, with my move and new data center, I'm changing some OWA stuff and I
would like to use this opportunity to create the URL,
webmail.decisionsupport.com. Is it a best practice to use a host header
or additional HTTP virtual server for the above mentioned address? I
want to eventually use an ISA frontend to publish this and use FBA and
customize the login page but lets get this working with the webmail link
first. Single exchange server 2003 SP2 + all patches to date

Thanks,
