Yes; this almost always means that a drive is about to fail (or has failed as part of a RAID set).

This problem is likely due to faulty hardware. Please contact your hardware vendor for further assistance diagnosing the problem. I'm about ready to contact Dell to try and troubleshoot this problem, just wondering if anyone has seen this one before?
