I'd start with the smtp logs of whatever your boundary smtp server is.

Subject: Tracking a message

I am trying to track what/who is sending mail to an external email
address. I can't find it in Message Tracking(?), how else can I find
this message as I only know the destination address currently. They are
being generated regularly.

Thanks!
jlc
