I found the external message I want to track on my Edge server. Saw it received in, then saw it sent internally via one of our Send Connectors.
I went to the Hub Transport, but get this error: "Failed to connect to the MS Exchange Transport Log Serach service" That service does not exist on our Hub Transport. Is it supposed to? I tried tracking on the mailbox server using the messageID from the Edge results, but it doesn't return anything. Tried leaving the EventID blank, tried Submit, tried Receive. The message is not in our postmaster mailbox due to spam, virus, etc. Any hints of where to look would be great. Or if anyone has any ideas about why tracking on our Hub doesn't work...
