Folks:
I hope you can answer this question for me ? Well here is the history . A client was having several issues with his Active directory structure. It was decided that it would be simpler to create a new domain structure on another server And start fresh with a clean Active directory setup all the users were added to the new server and OU were setup and tested everything as far as The domain and active directory is working fine. We then setup a weekend for migrating exchange by means of exporting all mail boxes to PST files per user. This was done however a few users were overlooked and not backed up. The old exchange server was replace by a fresh install with all the updates. It was then connected to the new domain structure and all went well. The problem is that the users that were the PST files were not exported are now saying they need those files back. I have restored the flat file backup of exchange to a temp windows 2003 server and a temp 32bit version of exchange 2007 I have tried to recreate the users to be able to recover their files but it is not working when I do a list get-mailbox command all is see is the administrator mail box and this is from the new server Is there any way to list the user mailboxes from the old exchange setup and can they then be exported some way to a PST file Things to know The old domain controller is dead The old exchange structure has been wiped clean What I need to do is to be able to look into the old mailbox database called Mailbox Database and list the user so I can then do a export to PST file Victor Rodriguez Inter America Data Florida LLC 1987 NW 88 Court Suite 201 Doral, Fl 33172 Office # (305)443-0331 x1201 Cell # (786)282-4838 ~ Ninja Email Security with Cloudmark Spam Engine Gets Image Spam ~ ~ http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Ninja ~
