I've talked with their admin...and he doesn't want to make any changes to his system. I just wanted to make sure that I've done everything I can before I say, "There's nothing else we can do...you HAVE to change your system..."

I have placed the IP address of the sending server AND of the domain of the return address in the IP Allow List. Frankly, I don't know what else to do to get these newsletters in to our domain. (This isn't something I need to restart the Transport Service for, is it?)
