Are you using IMF on your server? I've removed all of his rules (not that he had that many anyway) and it hasn't made a difference. I've recreated his profile (though not his mailbox) and moved him to a new TS box but that hasn't helped either. Any ideas why Outlook 2003 would adamantly think that it should filter emails even with the filtering set to none ?
