Executive secretary needs to create Distribution Lists for the President within HIS contacts folder. This person has access to view and create contacts for him and she can crate a DL folder, but cannot pull from the Presidents contacts to populate the folder. She wants to avoid using the Public Folder area and I think this can be done from her PC, maybe? Direction appreciated.
