I have a user using outlook 2003 connected to an exchange 2003 server. This morning the user reported that his inbox is not showing any messages. I tried logging him to different Pc's on the network his sent items, deleted items and the rest of his email folders shows up fine with all his emails but once you click on the inbox it says "Unable to display the folder" . If I open his mailbox in OWA it works fine including his inbox. I tried recreating his outlook profile that didn't work. I moved his mailbox from one mailbox store to another that did not work. Any help will be much appreciated because I don't know what else to try.
