just open ADS users and computer console , then select user properties which
have special permissions , after open user properties select exchange advance
tab, in exchange advance tab click on mailbox rights button which enables you
set permissions.
I think there is no option to set permissions of user mailbox account
individual in EXCH CONSOLE.
