Did it actually get delivered, or did it just leave her Outbox, and is sitting in the server queue waiting for the delivery timer to expire?

She sent one today scheduled to be sent June 30, but it went immediately. I looked in her sent items, and the item is labeled "This item has been marked to be delivered after Monday, June 30, 2008 10:00 AM." Any ideas? Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007.
