SBS 2003 R2.

My client would like to create a rule that would fire when a any new message is
received. The rule would send email email to an outside email address saying
that a new message is waiting for you on the Exchange server.

Apparently his users can't be bothered to check their email and for security
reasons they have to keep the email in house.

I don't see a rule for this in Outlook 2007, anyone have a script that I can
borrow or any other ideas? Maybe even a central way to accomplish this using
an event sink?
