From alias

I know this has come up before but I must have emptied the file draw in my 
brain it was stored in.
Marketing user has an alias email address of [EMAIL PROTECTED] She wants to be 
able to have email delivered to her account and not resolve to her user name 
and also the ability to have the from field display [EMAIL PROTECTED] and not 
resolve to her username. Possible? How?
