We have set up a mail box called leavers. This mailbox permanetly has the Out of Office turned on. When people leave the company we PST there mailbox and put there email alias on this leavers mailbox. There is a Generic Out of Office message saying that the person just emailed has left and that the email has been forwarded to someone. I have tried to setup Outlook Out of Office rules rules, so that email sent to a particular alias on this mailbox is forwarded to a relevant person. (Under the Out of Office Rules in Sent To I put the alias and tick both the sent dirictly to me and Coppied to Me boxes) However the only rule that works is the top one in the list. Should I be able to create a rules using various alias's applied to this mailbox? Is there any other way I can setup email forwarding for email sent to someone who has left without keeping the original mailbox? Regards.
