I've been having the same issue randomly for about 2 weeks now. I've poured over log files/event viewer and turned up nothing as to what is causing it. I did notice however that once I stopped the W3SVC service, port 80 was still open (via telnet) when OWA is not responding port 80 immediately closes the connection. I used TCPView to find out what is on port 80 but I can't find anything listed. Starting the W3SVC back up, OWA resumes normal operations. Tools used so far... Authdiag, Metabase Explorer, TCPView, ProcExp, ExBPA The server is Win2k3 R2 SP2 Hosts: Exchange, DNS, AD DC with Global Catalog, IIS for OWA only. It also has BackupExec remote agent installed. Yesterday and this morning when he went to our OWA site it times out/page won't load, until we restart IIS. We are running Exchange 03 on Windows Server 03 R2 Sp2 with RSA SecurID and believe that the problem is within IIS. Where would I go to find any errors or look to troubleshoot this. _____________________________ Cameron Cooper IT Director - CompTIA A+ Certified Aurico Reports, Inc Phone: 847-890-4021 Fax: 847-255-1896 [email protected] ***Teletronics Technology Corporation*** This e-mail is confidential and may also be privileged.
