Exactly - in Microsoft's implementation of enterprise calendaring, the
meeting request IS the meeting - if the invitee or any of their
delegates delete the request, the meeting is deleted.

Yep, seen this before also. If a delegate deletes a meeting request

The problem will not go away.  Disappearing or duplicating calendar
entries.

 

I have Exchange 2003 sp2 and I feel should be patched.

 

I do have an exec admin team that watch 10 execs calendars.  I thought
maybe there was a limit to how many people should look at or something
to that affect.
