Hi All,

I have an Exchange server that is queuing up messages in the "Messages
awaiting directory lookup" queue. I've checked all the usual stuff
(DCDiag, permissions, etc) but not having any luck getting it to send the
messages. I have been going through the Microsoft KB article 251746
<http://support.microsoft.com/kb/251746> and so far nothing has gotten
it to release them. I am getting the following error in the event log

The transport configuration type 2 for the directory entry with DN or
GUID CN=MICROSOFT MTA,CN=DK-HILEX01,CN=SERVERS,CN=DENMARK ADMINISTRATIVE
GROUP,CN=ADMINISTRATIVE GROUPS,CN=RFS,CN=MICROSOFT
EXCHANGE,CN=SERVICES,CN=CONFIGURATION,DC=RFSWORLD,DC=NET is not one of
the supported values. Reconfigure the transport configuration type in
the identified directory entry. [BASE IL OPERATOR 23 217] (8)

Anyone seen this before? I'm guessing this has something to do with it
but not finding much information on Google about it. I was told before
I started all this that the site had lost power and the UPS failed so it
could be something corrupt on the server that is causing this.
