We upgraded from Antigen everywhere to Forefront on the hub transports only. We use ProofPoinit for spam/av at the perimeter. We've had no issues with either. Forefront config is pretty straight forward, we have four scanners enabled with neutral scanning (I believe that means each message is scanned by two scanners). Configuration and updates are handled centrally by the ForeFront management console.
