Transport rules for Disclaimer - Stop Plain text converting to HTML

Hi All

Does anyone know how to modify the Transport rules to prevent the
disclaimer converting to HTML

Either via the shell or GUI.

Googled this but can't find anything specific to this.

Would appreciate comments
