Never had that here and I am a spam fighting fanatic. Spamhaus is the safest 
list to use to avoid false positives. Just make sure you are only scanning IP's 
one level down...hopefully you don't have a forwarder in the middle and can do 
that.

Dave, it seems like I tried Zen some time back and it was blocking a lot of 
mail from things like yahoo, etc. Do you see that?

This is what I have Ninja/Vipre using these days.
Zen.spamhaus.org
bl.spamcop.net
dnsbl.njabl.org
dnsbl.ahlb.org
Zen gets 99% of them. I threw the others on awhile back and they do catch some.
