I am getting ready to upgrade Exchange at my church and am planning on doing that on Vmware. There are only about 40 mailboxes, I was planning on just using one server but after reading about the changes you need to make, etc for that to work I was waffling about adding a second Exchange vm for the Hub Transport. Am I better off just using one server for an organization that small?
