We are currently running Exchange 2003 and need to start adding disclaimers to our outgoing emails. I started looking into software for this but there are so many of them out there I don't know where to start. I have looked at GFI Mail Essentials already (just the free product for doing disclaimers) and while it worked it made a mess of large email exchanges.
A few things I am looking for in a package: 1. We have multiple SMTP servers around the globe so a package that I can centrally manage all the servers would be great. 2. The ability to identify a disclaimer has been added already and will not add any new ones. 3. The ability to apply a disclaimer for a specific group of people. What are others using out there? Suggestions are greatly appreciated.
