To delete it, have them start typing in the "to" field and then use the up/down keyboard arrows to select the correct address. Tap the delete key on the keyboard to remove the baddie. He sends the e-mail to a user, using the autocompleting function, in Outlook and it bounces with a message that the user wasn't found on the org. If he selects the user from the GAL it works fine. He is running Outlook 2010 Beta 2 on X64 Win 7 and the Server is Exchange 2007 SP1 with Rollup 9.
