I have used a RightFax server as well, with a Fax card and in a FOIP
environment without a physical fax board card. The system has been very stable
and low maintenance through the years.

We've been happy with RightFax. Don't know the cost though.

While we are at it, we are also looking for fax software on Exchange (2010).
Anyone here that has experience with some products?

PS: sorry for the highjack :)

Alice,

Your original understanding was correct, eFax is a service that sends faxes to
your e-mail address. I believe David was seeking information on eFax
competitors.

I thought eFax could be received via email. Are you saying it does not send
to email and only to fax machines? I am loking to switch off of a fax server
to something..

Thanks,
Alice

Do you guys have an alternative to efax that you have used and would recommend
for 1-off faxes that need to be received via email.

David
