I second that on running Pre-Deployment Analyzer. I ignored that on just 1 server and had to waste 3 hours during the upgrade. Liby

The first E2k7 servers have been installed from the first Exchange 2007 version release media (No SP1 or SP2 at that time), so the schema was upgraded without SP2 and therefore I would like to get confirmation from you whether or not a schema upgrade is needed to install the first Exchange 2010 server.
