Mixed rollup versions are fine, as long as you follow the rule that the CAS server is always the same or HIGHER than the servers with the mailbox role. Obviously if you have the roles on the same server, then patch the Edge server first, followed by your main server. With regards to your SCR setup, patch the secondary node first, then reboot it. Then patch your primary node.
