No.
Install the cert in your browser, if you haven't already, export it to a
file, send the file as an attachment to an email to an address the iPhone
can reach.  (As I recall OWA didn't work, I had to send it to my gmail
account.)  Tap the file, and you should be prompted to install it on your
phone.

And this presumes you're using a self-signed cert.  I tried going back
through the thread, and I didn't see any details on your environment...
