I was not involved with the decision, but following is the reply from someone involved when I asked why we were going with them: They could provide everything we were looking for: Splitting out the agents from the employees (Application availability. Agents don't need Outlook, nor do they need the BES. Also MUCH cheaper than the full on Outlook client package). Big mailboxes. BES Forward mail to 3rd party accounts. Remote administration.
