I know this is strictly a BB question but since I'm pretty sure some of your support those, surely someone will know the answer here. We have a new president at the college. He came from another college and brought his personal BB. I added him to our BB Professional 4.1.4.3 server. He received the activation email in his Outlook account. Entered the info into his handheld. Mail now works, both sending and receiving to and from the handheld, or so he says. No calendar or contacts are being synced. Also, the server still shows his account as Initializing. Does this sound like maybe his device is still attached to his previous employer's system?
On a related note, one of our VPs just moved to another college as their president. He also has a BB and we need to make sure the transition from our system to the new college is smooth. Do I just delete him from our BB server and then let the new college admin add him to their server? I've been googling and looking around on crackberry.com but not finding any relevant info. Thanks.
