You have controls there for total and per domain. You cant control number per hour or anything. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, August 04, 2010 11:37 AM To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: Exchange 2003 smtp throttling Is there a way in Exchange 2003 to only allow 100 smtp mails out at a time so I don't get hit from ATT, or Comcast, or yahoo as a spammer with two many current connections to their email server? We have members/customers that want notified when there balances are low in their accounts. So we have it set up to send once a night. Well the above mentioned email host providers are killing a majority of my emails coming to them because we have Too many recipients received this hour...
