I'll second (third?) that. While MBS and I don't always agree about Microsoft's design decisions and company politics, his technical knowledge about stuff -- especially Exchange -- is top-notch. Even better, he's willing to invest significant time and effort in sharing that with others. He's a huge benefit to the Exchange community. If I wore a hat, it would be off to him. -- Ben
