Does anyone else out there use the Nortel ICBF for Outlook?

Or third party forms in general?

The ICBF form allows users to directly schedule a phone conference while
placing (and inviting others to place) the meeting on their Outlook calendar.
We have had many issues with reoccurring appointments causing Outlook to crash
where:

* Originator has the ICBF set as their default form.

* Recipient has the IPM.Appointment form set as their default.

* Also possible that the problems occur the other way round, but I'm
not sure: Recipient w/ICBF, Originator w/IPM.Appointment.

* This can happen whether or not the ICBF tab is used when creating the
appointment.

Short of mandating the ICBF as the default form for everyone, I don't have a
solution. But it seems to me that mandating a new default form for everyone
would potentially bring about its own set of issues.

Thoughts or suggestions welcome...
