Show him, in options in 2007, how to change the reply to HTML. If the sig is auto, then he'll need to delete the current one and add his fancy smanzchy one to the reply.

It looks like Outlook always replies in the same format is the inbound message, which makes perfect sense for things like readability, but it makes his signature ugly. Ideas?
