We have moved all users from the old Exchange 2003 servers to the new Exchange 2003 servers. Public folders, etc have all been moved across.
Yesterday, the Exchange servers from 2 of the 3 got uninstalled and the evicted the nodes from ClusterAdmin software. I noticed in System manager the servers are still showing in the list and still show up when moving mailboxes between servers.
