Two stops over from the Find Someone box is the name of the mailbox. The is what you would click on to gain access to a secondary mailbox.

If they type the mailbox they have permission, does it give them an option to open up that mailbox? And does it mount within OWA? or do you have to go back and forth? Thanks for the help!
