You can specify the mailbox and login you want to use for POP3/IMAP accounts using the following format for the username:
domain/username/mailboxalias You should also be able to use the UPN of the account as the username in order to login directly into the mailbox as well: [email protected] or UPN to alternate mailbox: [email protected]/mailboxalias You may want to give this a shot if your username and aliases don't match.
