Did they connect their i* to another iTunes account that wiped their 
configuration?

So over the weekend had a user say all the Contacts "disappeared" from their 
mailbox. From what I can tell, they all appear to be in the dumpster so a quick 
"Recover Deleted Items" mostly sorted things out.

However, there is some pressure to figure out why/how this happened. We're on 
Exchange 2003 SP2, and the user relies on Entourage 2008, iPad and iPhone for 
his email.

I've found when it appears to have happened from the Activesync logs on the 
front end server, but I'm having a bit of trouble deciphering the IIS logs from 
the back-end. Anyone have pointers on decoding them or determining what's 
normal in there?

I'm seeing frequent Subscribe and periodic Unsubscribe of folders, but not sure 
if that is indicative of anything.
