Good afternoon all, I have a user with Outlook 2007 that *somehow* their Junk folder has ended up as a sub folder to Journal. Of course when you try and drag it back to the correct place you get told you can't because it's a system folder and can't be moved.
I have tried with /resetfolder /resetfoldernames but still have the same issue. This is one userid across 3 pcs configured with the same email access so I wouldn't think it would be profile based since it affects all 3. Ideas?
