You set this on COMPUTER properties, not NIC properties.

A computer can only have a single primary suffix.

You set it to the same suffix as the HT's that it is going to be sync'ing with.

Exchange 2010

Installing the Edge Transport role.  Prereq check tells me that the fully 
qualified domain name of the computer is either missing or empty.  Setup cannot 
continue.

If I click on the Recommended Action link, it tells me I need to add a DNS 
suffix.  I've got the machine sitting in a workgroup, out in the DMZ.  Do I add 
the DNS suffix for my internal network?  Or what do I do?
