Does anyone have a suggestion for limiting the scope of the query in AD for the
caller ID on missed calls and voice messages. We keep all of our departed user
accounts in an AD OU above the active users OU structure. The EUM lookup is
matching the numbers found on the departed users before it finds the production
users. So when an active user that has a 'previously used' number leaves a
message the system is labeling it as from the departed user.
