This afternoon the Local Delivery queue is slow again (same as yesterday afternoon). All the performance counters look OK. Stopped outbound mail for a while with no effect. Should I try moving the "working directory" to another drive ( all are 15K drives on a DELL MD3000 DAS). And some users are complaining about slow Outlook.
