I hate to differ but I end up supporting them in one way or another every day. Trust me there are plenty of PF's in "Standard".

There are some inherent issues with PF's in a multi-tenant environment. That being said, there are some niche/boutique providers that provide that support. You are pretty much limited to using Outlook to export the PF tree on the original environment to a PST, and then uploading the PST to the hosted environment. You will lose all security.
