We have seen other calendar sync issues with iOS 5.0.1 and Exchange 2010. One of the more problematic issues is that seemingly random appointments will show-up in Outlook and OWA, but not the iOS device. The inverse is true as well, certain appointments will show-up in the iOS device, but not Outlook or OWA.
I know other institutions have seen this issue as well, but I have yet to see anyone determine a clear pattern, much less the underlying cause. The only real clue that I have is that it seems to happen almost exclusively with mailboxes who have calendar delegates, though the problematic appointments are not always created by a delegate. To our knowledge, users did not experience this issue with iOS 5.0.0. Here is the scenario: * User connects iPhone to his PC via USB. * User uses iTunes to upgrade the iOS on his phone * After the upgrade, all calendar entries in his Exchange mailbox are removed (can't see them on phone or in Outlook) Past the above, I don't know what else the user did, what he clicked, what options he chose. Google doesn't seem to reveal anything about this particular issue (though there are many other sync issues related to iPhone, it would seem). We are running Exchange 2007. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks, Jeff Jeffrey Poling System Administrator | Information Systems Moody Bible Institute 820 N.
