The only thing I've found so far said to select.... Tools Trust Center Email Security Uncheck Read All Standard Mail in Plain Text
But, that option wasn't selected anyway. And, if there was an option that could be changed locally, why would one person receive the message as Plain Text, but then be able to view the exact same message as HTML, (if it was forwarded to them by somebody that originally received it as HTML).
