If you are referring to KB2550886, then it is on all servers in the DAG that have failover clustering installed. The server with the FSW does not have cluster services so no need to install the hotfix on it.

Today I applied several critical updates from Microsoft on the server that has the FSW. Now I am getting 1069 and 1558 events in the cluster log every 15 mins. Looking at the FSW location I see Witness.log file and a current timestamp. I am able to move the cluster group around and it comes online with no issue. Without going through each of the patches to see if there is one that stands out or remove the patches, I wanted to see if the group has seen this. The servers are running Windows 2008 R2 SP1, and the DAG members have the cluster patch KB2550886.
