They want to run something once per month that will delete ALL mail items from ALL mailboxes (except two) older than 30 days. They want to keep calendar, contacts, tasks and notes for any length of time. I've thought about MRM managed folders, but then I would have to rely on users to actually USE The managed folders. Any third party program or scripts out there that can accomplish this?
