So, it appears we ended up on a blocklist, or not. One of our directors had an email returned because it indicated we were on a blocklist, he forwarded it to me and I investigated. Spamhaus.org indicates our IP is on the XBL, because it appears on the CBL. However, when checking the CBL, it is not listed there. Also, email addresses (no surprise) seem exceedingly difficult to find, and instructions for removal only work if one can actually remove the affected IP address. Since CBL says it's fine, but Spamhaus says it is on the XBL because it is on the CBL, I'm in a but of quandary.
