Are you sure you're on 2007 Exchange? Out of curiosity, I went to mail.philadelphiagroup.com/owa and it's a 2010 server.
That cert on that Exchange server is throwing errors, as it's an internally generated cert and not in the trust chain on my side. But for all I know you really do have a 2007 exchange box, and I'm just guessing poorly ...
